We are a growing personal injury law firm seeking to hire a motivated and driven Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 0–3 years of experience who is eager to learn, develop strong litigation skills, and grow within a fast-paced practice.
About the Role
The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and play a key role in case development and litigation support. Responsibilities will include:
-Reviewing, drafting, and responding to discovery
-Drafting motions and other legal pleadings
-Assisting with case strategy and legal research
-Supporting litigation and pre-trial preparation
-Handling other legal tasks as assigned in personal injury matters
This is a hands-on position designed for someone who wants real responsibility, mentorship, and long-term growth in personal injury law.
Qualifications
-Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-Licensed to practice law in Nevada or pending admission
-Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
-Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
-Ability to manage deadlines and work in a team environment
Compensation
$80,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience
