If you are involved in any type of lawsuit, and have decided to represent yourself, you've come to the right place, because I AM ONE OF YOU!
If less than $5,000 is at stake, you should be able to handle your case using the Self Help forms on the Las Vegas Justice Court Website.
However, if your case is for over $5,000 in Justice, District, Family, or Federal Court, you are going to want "PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED DOCUMENTS" by a seasoned litigant who has actually conducted cases in these Courts in person.
As a Judgment Enforcement Professional with over 300 million dollars under account, not only do I fit this criteria, but I also have active cases in Las Vegas Justice Court, Clark County District Court, and US District Court – District of Nevada.
As such, I know what does, and doesn't work in these Courts, and there is no room for error. I "slug it out" with some of the best attorneys in Las Vegas on a regular basis.
The pleadings you file with the Court are not only the blueprint to your Court testimony, but also your representation to the Judge of the strength or weakness of your case. If your opponent has an attorney, you should expect that their documents are going to be well prepared, and yours will need to be as well.
I charge a flat fee per document, as opposed to an hourly rate, based on the complexity of the filing involved, and am happy to send samples of my work so that you can see what winning documents look like.
I only work on civil and family cases, and will not work on any case where I believe that my services won't help them.
If you would like to discuss my document preparation services, please call me, and make sure that you have your entire file of documents handy so that you can answer any questions that I might have.
NO TEXTS PLEASE!
Cheers,
