Now Hiring: Technical Operations & Email Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a sharp, versatile person to work directly alongside our IT Administrator across a wide range of projects. This is a high-variety role — there are roughly 30 different things moving on any given day, and you'll get pulled into whatever needs to get done. Some of it is email marketing, some of it is technical, some of it is operational, and some of it is whatever lands on the desk that morning.
The right person is someone who likes wearing a lot of hats, picks things up fast, and gets satisfaction out of being the person who makes things happen.
What We Need Right Now (The Must-Have)
Deep, hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns. This is the immediate need and where you'll spend a meaningful chunk of your time, especially early on. Specifically:
Building clean, well-coded HTML email templates from scratch for Zoho Campaigns
Setting up and maintaining marketing email sends, drip sequences, and automations in Zoho
Managing lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
Comfort working inside the Zoho ecosystem in general
If you've lived in Zoho Campaigns and built HTML templates for it, that alone gets you to the top of the pile.
What Makes You The Ideal Candidate
Beyond the email work, the dream version of this hire is someone who's also technical and can grow into bigger projects over time. Real bonus points if you have experience with any of the following:
Coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar
Web platforms: WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations), Next.js, React
Building or maintaining systems — APIs, integrations, automations, scripts, internal tools
General IT troubleshooting and system administration
We're not expecting one person to be a senior developer and an email marketing expert and an IT generalist. But the more of these you bring, the more interesting the role gets — and the more we can throw your way.

Build and send a Zoho campaign in the morning
Troubleshoot something on a WordPress site in the afternoon
Knock out a quick script or automation
Research a new tool we're considering
Document a process so it can be repeated

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or other team members
If you need a tightly scoped, predictable role, this isn't it. If you like variety, problem-solving, and being trusted to figure things out, you'll thrive.

Fast learner — you can pick up a new tool or platform without needing it spoon-fed
Self-directed — you can take a vague request and turn it into a finished thing
Detail-oriented — small mistakes in email or code cause real problems, and you catch them
Resourceful but knows when to ask — you can figure most things out on your own, but you also know when it's faster to just ask instead of spinning your wheels
Reliable — when you say something will get done, it gets done
