Suspension
Ohlins FKS 228 fully adjustable cartridges allow adjustment of rebound compression and dampening.
Ohlins 503 fully adjustable rear shock with 2" extension for optimal geometry and ground clearance. This shock has a custom mounted compression adjustment knob located to the right of the seat. Both front and rear suspension have been tuned and adjusted for sag and ride comfort.
Chain Conversion
PBI 24 tooth front sprocket
Jade Affiliated billet rear 51 tooth sprocket. Custom made to match wheel.
A Heavy duty 220 link 530 chain to handle the torque.
Custom machined wheel spacers for perfect chain alignment to ensure long life from sprockets and chain.

Tuning / Alignment / Geometry
Neck tension, trail, rake, sprocket alignments, rotor alignments, wheel and chassis alignments have all been completed. The trail has been adjusted to 3.5" compared to OEM 4.1" due to swingarm being extended 4" and wide 260 rear tire. This allows the bike to feel more nimble than factory while maintaining stability.
