Executive Producer
Lead vision, storytelling, and full production direction
Video Editor
Create cinematic episodes + viral social content
Content Creator
Capture daily moments + build viral presence
Assistant to Producers & Owners
• Help manage operations, scheduling, logistics
• Be directly involved in building the project
• High trust, fast-paced role with growth opportunity
Event Producer
• Plan, produce, and execute events (day club, nightlife, festival)
• Manage vendors, timelines, and full event logistics
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or large-scale events preferred
Promoter
• Drive guest lists, bookings, and event attendance
• Build and maintain client and VIP relationships
• Strong social network and sales ability
• Motivated, outgoing, and results-driven
Talent Buyer
• Source and book DJs, artists, and performers
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and schedules
• Strong network in music/nightlife industry
• Ability to align talent with brand and audience
