We are in search of a Warehouse Associate (Shipping/Receiving) individual.

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) may perform other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Summary:
Supports warehouse operations including but not limited to shipping, receiving, order tracking and fulfillment, material handling, inventory and record keeping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Run, prioritize, and distribute shipping/receiving orders daily to warehouse team to ensure orders are filled and delivered in a timely manner
• Pull orders and prepare for domestic and international shipments, including special requests from customers in accordance to packaging, labeling, inspections, etc.
• Monitor all request orders to ensure all requests are fulfilled
• Resolve shipping & receiving issues
• Perform outgoing visual inspection
• Pull materials and prepare kits in-house
• Responsible for monthly and year-end inventory audits
• Maintain inventory controls by accurately documenting outgoing shipments
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat
• Maintain a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Complete reports by entering accurate information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management.

Experience/Education Required:
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• 1 or more years of Domestic and International Shipping experience
• Experience with mechanical components, connectors or high-volume machined parts highly desired
• Clean DMV record required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs. Ability to safely lift up to 60lbs with buddy system
