This is a very high quality steel agogo, handmade by the legendary percussionista and master instrument maker J"Cali" Rivera, in his shop in Brooklyn, New York. JCR also trained Martin Cohen of LP Instruments in the art of making bells. This instrument is in excellent condition with only a very small amount of expected rust. $180.
