While I offer in-home service as my schedule allows, most of my students come to my home studio, located near the intersection of Grand Teton and Decatur, about a half-mile west of Spartan Arms.
I do train several students via webcam, have the computer / tech skills to pull it off, and have systems in place to minimize the barrier of the internet: I use a combination of webcam and Dropbox to train my online students. I have used Skype, Messenger video, Facetime, and Zoom, but it seems like Skype best suits music instruction for my needs. I use Dropbox to get pdf files to you and can annotate on them in real time.
If you have taken web-lessons before and were frustrated with the teacher's lack of computer literacy -- which is as important as their music literacy when it comes to online instruction -- I have references that can confirm that I know what I am doing and won't waste your time or money.
