OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR BUSY MOVING COMPANY (Valley View and Desert Inn)
compensation: $9-12 depending on experience
$9-12/hr to start, depending on experience.
Duties: answer phones, provide exemplary customer service, generate work orders and invoices using Excel on a Mac computer; maintain calendar; filing; inventory; supply pick up/delivery
• must provide excellent customer service
• possess strong communication and organizational skills
• be self-motivated and able to work independently
• maintain composure under a variety of circumstances
• demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy (good spelling & grammar a must!)
• have valid drivers license
• demonstrate high level of fluency using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) on a Mac--we only use Macs in our office
• demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• demonstrate punctuality and responsibility
Prior office experience a plus. Demonstrable computer savviness would give you a strong advantage!
