Admin / Bookkeeper (Henderson)

Looking for an experienced and detail-oriented assistant bookkeeper / admin for part-time position within our team!

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile credit card statements with receipts
- Enter credit card transactions into Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for various vendors
- Provide administrative assistance where needed, incl filing and general organization

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant / bookkeeper
- Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus

This position has the potential to grow into a full-time position with additional responsibilities.
