What You’ll Do:
• Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling for busy professionals
• Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Conduct online research and data entry
• Proofread and edit content
• Provide customer service via email, chat or ZOOM
• Follow structured workflows and meet deadlines consistently
What We’re Looking For:
• Based in Las Vegas or nearby (preferred, but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and task tools like Trello or ClickUp
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Prior VA or admin experience a plus, but not required—we value aptitude and attitude
