Assist Office Manager and Operations Manager with running daily operations of a busy small company
focused on multi-asset /diverse equipment type fleet sales and service
Duties include:
Answer incoming calls
Enter information into CRM database
Route calls directly to the proper department.
AP/AR Data Entry
Additional duties to be assigned as candidate gets familiar with the business
Skills /Experience:
PC and Mobile Phone technology
Microsoft/Android/Chrome OS
Outlook
Google Workspace - Drive/Sheets
QuickBooks Online and
Cloud Space sharing, Photo Editing., etc..
Some experience or familiarity with the auto, heavy equipment, utility and recreational vehicle sales/service, parts sales /service or other similar markets would be helpful.

Since we are at the Speedway, there are certain days we close early or close entirely (think EDC, Nascar, etc..) We offer paid time off, vacation days, paid and non-paid holidays, as well as a 401k style retirement plan with matching. We currently do not offer health care but are looking into adding it in the next 6-12 months.
