This is an Amvona Carbon Fiber monopod with a ballhead. The ball head takes standard Arca Swiss compatible quick release plates. This is a very long monopod, extending up to 75.5" high (including the ballhead), so you never need to bend your back to see through the viewfinder. This is basically a new monopod. I just never use it, and it's been sitting in the closet for all those years. Everything works exactly as designed.
