This custom bed slide-out was built and installed by Extend-o-Bed in Boise, Idaho, in late 2017. It’s had a relatively easy life, with the full thing being pulled out rather infrequently. My wife and I have been full time RVers for over seven years, and this is what we used to help keep things organized in the back of our F-350.
Quality-wise, this custom slideout is MILES beyond anything else on the market (Decked, Cargo Glide, Cargo Ease, etc.). It’s truly in a class all its own. Extend-o-Bed specializes in building custom slideouts for police, fire, military, first responders, 3- letter federal agencies, etc. Some examples of their work:

The overall unit slides out to beyond 100% extension for easy access. The locking mechanism has detents on it that enable the slideout to be locked in place either fully extended, or at intervals. There’s also a stop/safety mechanism to prevent the slideout from rolling back into the truck bed when it’s fully extended.
The drawers are aluminum diamond plate with rubber liners, and have T-handles that can be locked with a key. The pass-through area at the front can be easily accessed when the slideout’s fully entended. The top surface of the unit’s coated with heavy duty truck bed liner to resist wear, and has a 3” fence at the front to prevent things from sliding into the back window when braking.
This beast will need to be professionally removed and re-installed, most likely by a truck cap retailer that has a forklift and experience installing truck bed slides. It’s located in Lomita, CA, but I'm willing to meet partway to Las Vegas to do the deal. To have a duplicate built and shipped to SoCal would run around $7K + tax, 8-12 week turnaround. Asking $3750.
