I have several listings that I need agents to do open houses and handle sign calls. Sign calls receive 80% of the commission - $700 broker fee. Open houses receive 100% of the commission - $700 broker fee.
The only other fee our office charges is your Henderson license fee of $100 per year.
Agents must have closed at least 2 deals in the last year and looking for full time agents. For experienced agents there can be some TC work also.
