Are you organized, outgoing, and ready to learn the ins and outs of property management?
Weโre looking for a Property Management Trainee to join our Las Vegas team โ someone eager to grow, take initiative, and build a lasting career in real estate.
This position requires the ability to become licensed in real estate.
What Youโll Do:
Support daily operations across residential and commercial properties
Assist with tenant communication, scheduling, and maintenance coordination
Learn the leasing process โ from marketing vacancies to move-in day
Help track budgets, expenses, and vendor performance
Gain real-world experience working alongside experienced property managers
Weโre Looking For:
A dependable, motivated individual with excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Interest in property management, customer service, or real estate
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, property software a plus)
Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
