2006 Fleetwood Mobile Home. Located within Lake Mead National Park @ Temple Bar Marina, Az. Very good condition, comes furnished. Recently replace refrigerator/Freezer. Property lease is $625/mo. Electricity billed with lease. Water is included. Since it is in a National park, annual residency is limited to 6 months (182 days). TBTV residency dues are $40/year. I am currently paying $540/year for insurance. It is ready for move in. It doesn't need any repairs for complete functionality, however it is about 20 years old and updates would be nice.
