Collecting the Good Faith Deposits, making sure they went to the Escrow within the time limit. I have never had a home that did not close that I sold.

Office Manager: Duties: Bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, Payroll, Weekly balancing the check with the deposits, Collecting all rents. Monthly Reports on all 828 homes to show who has paid their lot rent. Monthly Reports on all banking statements, making sure everything was balancing correctly. Taking care of all Entertainment for the Residents. Reason for leaving: Father and half brother got very ill and could not take care of their selves. I took care of them and while I was doing that I did get my Real Estate License In June of 2014. Sorry to say they are both passed now.

Office Manager: Duties: Bookkeeping , A/P, A/R. Payroll, Collections, When I first started I also collected $120.000.00 from the Coke Cola Company that the owner and the previous employee could not collect in over 9 months, I had it collect within 8 days, plus other outstanding balances that needed to be collected. I was very good about making sure the money was collected from the all the Commercial accounts we had, we had the Polk County School Board accounts which that alone brought in over 3 million dollars a year, Polk County Utilities accounts brought in over 2 million a year. Balancing Bank Statements, I used contractor 1099 employee's and also about hourly employee's. Using QuickBooks and Excel. Worked a lot with the Polk County Schools with all the schools to repair there fences, gates etc. Balancing Petty Cash receipts, and Company Credit Cards, had to make sure they came out right, Ordering Materials, Setting Up crews for job's to do. Making sure all customers where taken care of and all money was received. Reason for leaving: they decide to close the only office they had left in Polk County.

Office Manager: Duties: Bookkeeping A/R, A/P, Payroll, Workers Comp. Taking care of all monies and checking account, credit cards to make sure they balanced every month. 940 and 941 taxes. Making sure petty cash balanced every week. Constantly collecting money that needed to be collected, Collecting the money was never a problem for me to do. Balancing the Credit $500.000.00 there was quite a lot of jobs that were over $15 million I am very stern when it comes to collecting the money for the company, AIA pay request that had to go to the state for and they had to be correct to the penny to make sure the work was being done. Many of our jobs where multi million dollar jobs. Worked with QuickBooks, Loved my job, Loved the challenge of keeping things on track, Made sure all vehicles that the company owned was tagged and insured. I was the one person office manager. I set up the drug testing, hiring and terminating of employees. At times we had from 110 to 180 employee's. Did all the filing. So much more I did with this company, cleaning bathrooms, setting up safety meetings monthly. Reason for leaving: Mr. Albrittion decided to retire, even though today he does work part time sometimes for other companies.
