Hey Las Vegas Valley!! I'm looking for a job working with the vulnerable population such as homeless, substance/addiction programs, dv/sa, programs for low income individuals, etc. I'm currently going to school online and will receive my Bachelor's in Applied Behavioral Science next April which I strongly want to get into Case Management or any position working one on one with individuals. I'm looking for an entry level position that would help me get the experience needed to prepare me for Case Management or something similar, with room for growth. I've applied at so many shelters, group homes and other organizations that have job openings listed online, but with no experience and a rocky employment history, I haven't had any luck. If you know of an organization that would be willing to give me a chance so that I can get the experience I need please send me an email. I have also completed the 50hr online training for Peer Support Specialist but haven't been able to start doing my 500 intern hours, so an organization that has Peer Support Specialist roles would be great as well. I'm honestly just trying to get my foot in the door and get the experience I need for my long-term career path, please email me if you have anything or know of anyone who can help.
