I am seeking an overnight position that affords me an opportunity to get my own projects to market.
By that, I mean a position that requires short, periodic stints of labor. Once a handful of tasks are done, the rest of the time would be spent making sure nothing breaks, essentially.
I've got a lot of hospitality experience too so minor customer interaction is fine.
Things that come to mind include, but aren't limited too:
I can also provide an overnight answering/support service.
BONUS POINTS if there is a job that will just allow me to live on-site in exchange for on-call services... Like campground management, or property caretaking.
It's hard for me to turn on/turn off at a specific time... So I benefit from being able to just work when I feel like it. That is a primary reason for wanting to start my own business.
That being said, I am usually in the "on" position. I like to take my work home, so to speak... If I have a task to complete I become pretty absorbed by it whether I'm on the clock or not.
I've got a very broad and diverse range of skills, I'm smart, and I know when humility is important. I have a hard time working a traditional single job, because I can usually fill multiple roles at once.
P.S. I would gladly offer someone equity in my various projects too as a thank you for taking a chance on me. If any of those take off, it would greatly benefit you long-term as well.
