Currently I find myself looking for a 2/3 bedroom 2 bath house or townhouse in the Henderson area or south/southwest area even spring valley would be ok with me. I do have a 7yr old house broken boxer/Sheppard mix dog with a very good demeanor so I will need some type of yard space as well. As far as rent I am looking to stay under $1200/mo. but I am flexible but just cheap. Lease terms can either be 6 months to a year. I’m recently divorced so I’m not really sure my long term yet. Transparency my credit is NOT great right now during my divorce it got destroyed in about 3-4 months.
