This is a single-occupancy situation. (No couples) I am very laid back and easy going, I don't mind visitors, as long as they respect you, me, and the property. There's no smoking/vape//drugs, or pets. I don't mind 420, but no smoking/vaping it in the Casita at all. The space comes unfurnished, the photos are from when it was used as a guest space before the current guy moved in a year ago. There is no kitchen in this space, but there is a fridge/freezer, toaster oven, and microwave.
There's a $50 background check fee, not looking at credit, just making sure there are no sex or violent crimes. ((Have to protect myself))
Rent is due on the 1st, and will be prorated upon approval and move-in date. $200 refundable cleaning deposit upon returning the space the way you moved in. Lastly, there is a $500 Security Deposit. That will be returned with the cleaning deposit upon exit, and the space is returned in the same condition as move-in.
Current tenant is in the process of moving out, so the space will be available on the 7th of August. Message me if interested, and we can have a call to chat about the space, and make sure it's a good fit for both.
