This is a great location for rapid access to all parts of Las Vegas and the metro area and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies, banks and public transportation. This room has a semi private entrance, semi-private half bath and a shared full bath. The room’s dimensions are twelve by thirteen and has a closet with built-in organizer. Housekeeper comes once a week. Room has carpet and common areas are wood floors. We don't wear shoes in the house. 1st month’s rent and a deposit equal to 1st month's rent will be required upon lease signing date. The deposit will not be used for last month’s rent. Some kitchen cabinets, pantry shelves and space in the laundry room is available. A refrigerator in the garage is provided. Fifteen dollars per month for an additional personal refrigerator. Please, no pets and no smoking inside. An ideal fit to the household could be a college student, a working professional, or an active senior. Rent is non-negotiable and includes one parking spot.
