The room has a constable bed, desk, tv & the bathroom is shared with two other people. The house gets clean weekly, but everyone should clean after themselves. All the utilities are included. Room price is $800 & $400 refundable deposit. There’s fridges $ microwave in common area, but if the person needs access to the kitchen is an additional $100 dollars. There’s plenty of street parking in front of the home.
