A single bedroom is available for rent for matured ladies. Room is on the second level of a two story house in the NW along Durango/Gowan and Alexander St. near Summerlin and 215. It has a shared bathroom and a laundry room on site. Rent is for $500.00/month, utilities and WIFI included. Cooking is allowed.
