Requirement:

1, Lease Agreement at least over 7 days. But rent payment by every
Seven days-weekly.
2, to terminate tenancy the Landlord or Tenant must give the other party a written 7-days notice of Lease non-
renewal.
3, Security Deposit one week rent amount. Refundable when you check out with good condition and follow house
rules during stay in 24 hours
4, Room cleans fee requesting. $35 clean fee requesting with one time
5, Payment accepts zelle or money order or Cashier check. No cash

6, If any or all of the rent is not received before or on pay date, $5 per day will be charged as late fees until full rental
payment is received. The tenant has Knowledgeable the house front Door and laundry room door service provide
by Third Party Company. If tenant doesn’t pay rent on time, the tenant house front door pass-code will be
automatically expired. The tenant will not allow entering house and room again until payment receiving.

Our rooms are comfortable, affordable, quiet，tranquil and most importantly safe.
