Requirement:

4, Sign the lease agreement
Lease Agreement Terms:
1, Sign a lease agreement of at least 31days or more. Rent payment is due every
seven days on a weekly basis.
2, In order to terminate tenancy, the landlord or tenant must provide the other party a written 7-day notice of non-renewal lease.
3, The Security Deposit of $200 is refundable when you check out under good terms and conditions and have followed the house rules during stay in 24 hours
4, A onetime room cleaning fee of $25 is required.
5, Forms of payment accepted: Zelle, money order, a cashier’s check or a bank deposit. No cash.
6, If complete rent is not received on or before the due date, a $5 late fee per day will be charged until rent amount is completed in full. The tenant’s passcodes of the house front door, room door, and laundry room are provided by a Third Party Company. If tenant doesn’t pay rent on time, the tenant's house pass-codes will automatically expire. The tenant will not be allowed inside the house and room until rent payment has been completed
