Looking for a responsible roommate able to pay rent and bills on time. Full access to the house and the pool and BBQ area. Bedroom is furnished and I able to take it out as you may have your own my furniture is new. Must have no drama and like animal's dogs small So, text me any questions you may have. 850.00 plus 250.00 utilities. I am also a retired male home owner. We will have to meet first before I show the home for your safety and mine. I am also open-minded. You have access to the pool yard bbq and the whole house. All I ask is love dogs and respect my house and my dogs. Also there is a deposit of 1000.00
