Looking for roommate to rent a private room and bathroom in my two story home. Downstairs would be the area where the room is located that you would be renting which is a separate area from my upstairs area. My home is a unique floor plan so my kitchen is upstairs which you are more than welcome to use at any time. There is also two living rooms inside of the home one upstairs and one downstairs. My former roommate had her own mini refrigerator downstairs which made it so much easier for her so you can set it up how you prefer. Looking for someone who is CLEAN, QUIET, RESPONSIBLE, CAN FOLLOW RULES, AND PAY THEIR RENT ON TIME.
