Room for rent in 2400 sq ft house. Room is fully furnished along with house. Must be okay living with two friendly mature cats and other roommates. I have a roommate who lives on the third floor and another in the master bedroom. Both have been living with me for over five years. Everyone in the house is very respectful of each others space, friendly, clean and keeps to themselves.

The bedroom has a full size bed. Back yard is landscaped that includes an infrared sauna that you’re welcome to use. It is a shared bathroom with myself, I keep it very clean.

Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils that you are welcome to use. There is plenty of fridge and freezer space. Storage space in the garage is also available if needed.

I deep clean the house every week or two. Cleanly space is very important to me.
