Fully furnished downstairs bedroom in a nice 20-yr old, 5-bedroom house located in a newer and quiet neighborhood located close to Boulder Station, Sam's Town, and Arizona Charlie's casinos. Price includes utilities such as water, g
as, hi-speed internet access, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. Power cost is prorated/shared during summer months due to high cost of of air conditioning. A 43-inch Sharp smart TV will be provided if a lease of at least 3 months is taken. A small walk-in closet is also available. A big minifridge, microwave and coffee maker are also provided. Room is located downstairs next to a bathroom. We prefer MALE roomates only because of shared bathroom situation. Applicants must have a full-time job (need proof),transportation, possess good moral character, plus two landlord/rental references, and be non-gambler, non-smoker and non-drug user and not a gun owner.
