Please be reliable, responsible and respectful. Move in date: 8/21/2025 and tentative move out date: 12/21/2025. If it works out, we can discuss extending the rent to the spring.
Room size: Appx 12'x14' (unfurnished). Private bathroom (shower was just remodeled) and will be painting the bathroom this semester to finish. Kitchen will be fully accessible to you and Laundry. Your room has a private entrance from the front court yard. You can park in the driveway or in guest parking if you have a car.
Home is less than 1 mile from UNLV, a quick bike or scooter ride away. Tons of entertainment, eateries and bars around. There is a community pool/hot tub and a tennis court. I ask you get a PO box for your mail.
I don't drink alcohol or party. I ask you don't bring those things to my home also. I have a small Dauschund lab, Wild One, who is 7. He's the best dog and doesn't bark, is super sweet and friendly.
Rent is $950 plus half of utilities: $30 for wifi, ~$15-$30 for gas, ~$50-120 for electric and ~$30-60 for water. I cover HOA.
