Roommates must have full time income, no criminal history, be able to prove you work and have income(verifiable income), no flakes, addicts, freeloaders, 420 fríendly, im not too picky with people, I only ask you bring good energy and good vibes if your interested in the rooms.
All the rooms have large shared bath across hall. I habe my own private bathroom and you’ll have your own shower and bathroom.
Larger master room $900 includes cable and utilities, new paint and flooring, large shower and bath across hall.
Smaller room, $675-has brand new carpeting and fresh paint.
Both rooms are very clean and the house is very sanitary.
