I have 2 rooms that I would like to rent out on a month-to-month basis. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Would be ideal for someone in the Military as am pretty close to Nellis AFB. I am a Gay Male, so please be ok with that. The rooms come furnished with bed and dresser or can take out if you want to use your own bed. You provide your own sheets and bedding. The bedding in pictures were for my own guests. You must be clean, respectful, honest, and pay your rent on time every month. You also will be paying third of all utilities. No pets and deposit required, Background check required. Please do not reply if you are out of state. I am looking to fill these rooms right away. Please do not send me any attachments. I will not open them.
