It is not fancy. It is clean and comfortable. Off street parking for one vehicle. Property on 10 acres in North Pahrump. Gated and secured.
You will be able to use living room
Kitchen and laundry.
Utilities and wi/fi included in rent.
Must have stable income and transportation.
I will not come to Vegas to pick you up.
I will not run you around town.
The rent is 500 a month on a month to month rental agreement.
Which is incredibly fair and reasonable.
Move in is first and last month.
$1,000 dollars.
That is not negotiable.
If you smoke it will be outside.
No heavy drinking.
There are two dogs and cats in the house. No pets will be accepted.
I do run a background check.
