This RV’s living space was minimally customized by the owner for more spacious comfort. The original dinette table with benches were removed for a more open feel and spaciousness. A real wood writing desk with two drawers was added and the dinette table repurposed to extend the desk length. Also, the original queen mattress and its wooded platform was professionally removed. An actual lightweight but heavy duty metal bed-frame was installed with a brand-new twin mattress.
These living space modifications created a very enjoyable, comfortable, and home-like open space to live in full-time.
I parked it Roadrunner RV Park and lived in it for less than $500 a month including electricity for an entire year. Saved myself lot of money versus rent! (Lots are $429/mo there and its enclosed and safe. Single men and woman living in Las Vegas should consider this nice, but inexpensive RV option to save on rent.
This trailer was rarely moved by the current owner (no more than 30 miles total). I safely and easy towed it with a 2" inch receiver hitch on 2006 Ford F150 XL 4.2 V6 pickup truck.
The original purchase paperwork from Johnny Walker RV Dealership will be available to view.
