Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with a focus on surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention. As a Morrison Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the premises through effective monitoring and response strategies.
Duties:
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Ability to sits or stands for long periods of time.
Operate marked patrol vehicle on client sites
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents or emergencies.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Conduct thorough inspections of premises to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
Utilizing smart phone reporting device to document all incidents and prepare reports as required.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
Experience:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Requirements:
Current Nevada PILB Card.
Armed positions require an Armed PILB Card and a minimum of 1 year of verified armed experience.
Current State-Issued Driver License.
Reliable Transportation.

Pay: Unarmed starting between $16 - $18 per hour, Armed starting $21 - $28 per hour.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and On-Call positions available.
