Live-in Exchange – 45 minutes from Las Vegas (Pahrump)

I need a Jack of all trades with experience, but humble enough to do things exactly as asked or look it up on YouTube if needed. No alcoholics, no drugs, no warrants and no sex offenders. This is a 3,000 sq ft 6+3 on over an acre, koi pond, well water, septic tank, hot tub, (solar and small chicken coop on the wish list) with 420 friendly men and woman, ages 21 to 73, cats and small dogs.
