Seeking Space for Tent Setup - Short Term $100/mo OBO (Henderson)

Mature 35 yr old male, seeking a safe corner of a backyard, garage, or shed space in Henderson to pitch a small tent for sleeping purposes only. ~$100 monthly OBO. Specifically around or within a few miles of the LAKE MEAD PKWY/ BOULDER HWY area. This is a temporary, short-term arrangement while I work towards a better living situation.
Schedule: Will arrive in the evening to sleep 7-8 hours max and leave early each morning.
Access: Daily access needed to the yard, garage, or shed, Primarily during the evening. Will not take up very much space, about the space of a small tent or sleeping bag.
Bathroom/Amenities: Do not need indoor access to any homes or other habitations / Have a gym membership for showers and restrooms.
Profile: Drug-free, respectful, currently employed, working to better my situation, and will keep the area completely clean and invisible during the day.
