We are launching an exciting new independent insurance brokerage from the ground up, backed by my extensive industry experience and a proven track record of success. The role as our inaugural Insurance Agent and Agency Manager:
• Lead day-to-day agency operations, including client acquisition, policy management, and team oversight as we scale.
• Leverage your expertise to drive sales of personal and commercial lines, targeting upscale clients who value white-glove service.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools like EZLynx for efficient quoting, renewals, and client management—strong prior experience with EZLynx is essential.
• Collaborate closely with me to ensure seamless integration with our broader business ecosystem.

Qualifications We're Seeking
• Proven track record as a licensed insurance agent (P&C required; Life & Health a plus) with 5+ years of experience in an independent brokerage setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EZLynx for core workflows—candidates without this will not be considered.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you must excel in client-facing interactions with poise and confidence, especially for high-net-worth individuals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on preferred/standard business lines; experience catering to affluent clients is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
