SilverSaaS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented tester for a property management software platform currently in final development. This is a W2 position starting immediately with strong potential to transition into a permanent sales, demo, and team management role beginning approximately August 1.
The Role:
You will learn our property management platform inside and out, test core functionality, identify gaps, and ensure it meets real-world market needs before launch. Ideal candidates bring property management experience — you know what landlords and property managers actually need day to day.
This position has a clear path forward. The right candidate will move into a client-facing sales and demo role, eventually managing a team of independent sales contractors. Please note: the testing role is temporary and limited in scope. Candidates not interested in transitioning to the permanent sales and management role should be aware that continuation beyond the testing phase is not guaranteed.
What We're Looking For:
Tech savvy — comfortable learning and evaluating software
Property management experience — a significant plus
Professional appearance — client-facing role ahead
Reliable transportation — required
Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision
Sales or team management experience a plus
What We Offer:
W2 employment
$20/hour starting rate
After 30-day probationary period: bump to $22/hour + commission + travel expense allocation for candidates continuing into the permanent sales role
Start date: approximately July 14, 2026
