This is a Capstrength brand weight bench with
Nordic track,
, "select a weight" weights with
stands. with "select a weight",
, a simple turn of
the handle determines the amount of weight that you would like to lift. Very simply and quickly done. everything is in like new condition.
The bench itself sells new for $75 and the weights without the stands sell on eBay for $80-$100. total weight is 25 pounds. 12.5 per side.
