Two neoprene waterproof pouches, each with 11lbs of tiny lead pellets, one pouch on each side for a total of 22lbs weight, plus two 3lbs lead weights I put at the back for a total of 28lbs, which is what I needed to achieve neutral buoyancy wearing a full wetsuit in fresh water, but you can remove the 3lb weighs if you need less, or add more weight as-needed.
The lead shot being on your hips in the stretchy neopreme conforms to your body and feels MUCH better than the hard/solid weights and when I was Divemastering classes for new/nervous divers, sometimes the switch to the Seasoft weight belts from the old-fashioned solid lead weights pressing against their hips was all it took to get some people more comfortable & relaxed in the water...

Selling it because sadly, I'm getting out of the diving hobby & wanting to clear space in my storage closet.
Note: You *will* want to replace the plastic belt buckle with a stainless steel one!
If interested, email me with a suggested afternoon or evening time & day to come to my home and see it.
