We are currently looking for a fun, down to earth, good person to share a house with up to three people.
We have a cleaning lady clean the bathroom, kitchen and common areas. However, we keep the place pretty clean.
Pool and yard maintenance is also included. So basically, you just need to clean up after yourself.
Home is located on the West side of Las Vegas (Fort Apache and Sahara). House is a 4-bedroom, single story that sits on a large property with a pool, and large patio. House has plenty of space to share, including two family rooms, a good size kitchen with a gas range and dining area.
Rent includes all utilities, internet, and cable TV. Parking on driveway and the garage and EV Charger may be available for additional rent.
$900 for Larger West Facing Room. Room can be furnished with a Bed, Drawers and Desk.
We don't mind smoker's as long as they smoke outside and use ashtrays and trash cans.
