Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Pokémon Whatnot Creator to host live shows, sell Pokémon products, and build a repeat audience on the Whatnot platform. This role is equal parts entertainer, salesperson, and community builder.
You will be responsible for running engaging live streams that convert viewers into buyers through auctions, rip-and-ship, sealed product, mystery games, and singles/slabs sales.
This is not a passive content role. You must be comfortable selling live, talking continuously, and driving urgency.

Key Responsibilities
Live Show Hosting
• Host Pokémon-focused live shows on Whatnot (1–4+ per week)
• Run auctions, rip-and-ship, sealed product, singles, slabs, and/or mystery games
• Maintain high energy, clear communication, and strong on-camera presence
• Clearly explain rules, pricing, odds, and shipping policies during streams
Sales & Engagement
• Drive bidding, upsells, and bundles to increase average order value
• Engage chat consistently (call out usernames, answer questions, hype pulls)
• Create urgency without misleading buyers
• Encourage follows, repeat buyers, and show retention
Content & Promotion
• Promote upcoming shows via short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Clip highlights (big pulls, hype moments) for social use
• Help grow audience both on and off Whatnot
Operations (Light)
• Track show performance (sales, sell-through, viewer engagement)
• Coordinate inventory usage (bundles, packs, singles, slabs)
• Ensure items are handled carefully and professionally

Required Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Pokémon TCG (especially modern sets like 151, SV era, vintage basics)
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking live for long periods
• Sales mindset — understands pricing, urgency, and buyer psychology
• Familiarity with Whatnot or live selling platforms (experience preferred, not required)
• Reliable internet connection and basic streaming setup (camera, mic, lighting)
• Honest, transparent, and professional demeanor (trust matters in collectibles)

• Experience running rip-and-ship or mystery games
• Knowledge of Pokémon card values (raw vs slab, PSA basics)
• Experience growing audiences on TikTok or Instagram
