This is a 10L, model 187A. I believe it was made in 1941.
This is the large bore variant of the Heavy 10. The large (around 1 3/8") spindle bore is large enough for gunsmithing work.
This is a fully functioning lathe with zero issues.
I added the telescopic taper attachment, but the sale also includes all of the original standard cross slide parts.
A fair bit of tooling is included.
- Two 3-jaw chucks
- One 4-jaw chuck.
- Steady Rest.
- Cross slide stop.
- Micrometer hard stop.
- Dial indicator soft stop.
- 5/8" Jacobs style (import) chuck for the tail stock
Note: A few of the pictures show a Quick Change Tool Post (QCTP). That is no longer included in this package.
You will need to source a tool post to get up and running.
Runs on a standard 15A 110 VAC circuit (this is just a normal wall outlet).
This has been a really great machine that I have loved owning.
I'm only selling it because of a cross country move.
