Unit has the internal lock latch on the top inside of lid which locks all the drawers and the key locks the flip top lid. Thats how Mac designed this model. Unit may have cosmetic blemishes from age or use but in good working condition. Unit may have scratches, rust spots, small dents, dings, dirty, paint loss, paint over spray, foreign substances, ugliness, and anything else you could imagine from an old vintage tool chest.
