► Cabinetmaker / Assembler ◄ (Las Vegas, NV)

Peterson Cabinet Works is a high-end custom cabinetry shop specializing in luxury residential projects. We are looking for a skilled Cabinetmaker / Assembler to join our production team. This position focuses on assembling custom cabinetry components with precision, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom cabinetry, casework, doors, drawer boxes, and components

• Read and follow shop drawings and cut lists

• Install hardware including hinges, slides, drawer systems, and specialty hardware

• Sand, prep, and detail cabinetry prior to finishing or delivery

• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail

• Work efficiently while meeting production schedules

• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate with shop lead regarding issues, corrections, or improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or millwork preferred

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Comfortable using common shop tools and machinery

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience with high-end custom cabinetry

• Familiarity with Blum hardware (hinges, drawer systems, lift systems)

• Experience with veneer or grain-matched components

• Finish prep or sanding experience
