This is a hands-on job, not an office position.
Training program is approximately 6 months depending on performance, attitude, and reliability.
PAY:• $15/hr during training• After training, technician will receive a company vehicle• Once running your own calls, pay changes to hourly + commission on every job completed• Opportunity to earn strong income for motivated technicians
JOB DUTIES:• Drain cleaning• Sewer cabling/snaking• Hydro jetting assistance• Sewer camera inspections• Basic plumbing repairs• Customer interaction• Loading/unloading equipment• Cleaning and maintaining truck/tools• Following company procedures and safety policies
MUST HAVE:• Valid driver’s license• Reliable transportation to work• Ability to lift 50+ pounds• Comfortable working around wastewater and dirty environments• Good attitude and willingness to learn• Ability to speak professionally with customers• Must show up on time• Must be able to work independently after training
SERVICE INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS:• Occasional weekends required• Overtime may be required• Some emergency or late-day calls happen in this industry• This is physical work in hot weather, crawlspaces, rooftops, and dirty conditions
