Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Gate Operator Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with gate operators and access control systems and be capable of performing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and troubleshoot gate operators and access control systems (LiftMaster, Max, HySecurity, and similar brands).
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and communication issues in gate systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience working with automated gate operators (LiftMaster, Max, HySecurity, etc.).
• Basic understanding of electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
